Mr. Patrick Oluseun OSILAJA was born on 15th March, 1970 to the family of late Chief Augustine Adegbola Osilaja and Mrs. E. Adeola Osilaja (Nee Matiluko Ogunsanya) in Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

Additionally, he is a doctorate degree student of Public Finance, Taxation & Fiscal Policy of Babcock University, Ilishan Remo Ogun State. He was a graduate of Certified Information System Auditor.
His public service sojourn commenced in the Lagos State Board of Internal Revenue in January, 1997 as Principal Tax Assistant IV on Grade Level 08 and his appointment was confirmed with effect from 1st January, 1999. He opted to move to the main stream in 2008 and was re-designated to Accountant Cadre. He rose through rank and file to the post of Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts) Grade Level 16. He worked in various MDA’s where he occupied several positions such as the Head of Accounts.
